Refund policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is returned to my address without contacting me first, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the item to be returned back.

If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 3 working days of receiving your package. Picture proof will be needed to issue a return and the item must be mailed to me within 7 business days. I will issue you with a new shipping label.
Note: If picture proof is not given, or item is not returned within the 7 day time frame, I will be unable to refund.

I bubble wrap all of my pieces really well, so this should not be an issue.

If you received the wrong order, please contact me and we will get the items to their rightful owner.
