SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Once your order is placed, It will ship within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or major holidays.
Transit time will depend on the option chosen. Please note that Transit time DOES NOT include our 3-5 business day processing time.
First Class Package: 3-5 business days within the US.
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days within the US.
UPS GROUND: 2-7 business days.
Tracking is sent automatically by email once a label is printed. We drop off the same day the label is printed and tracking will update once USPS scans your package.
HOLIDAYS- If you want your order before Christmas, please order on or before December 16th per USPS recommendation. We do not guarantee delivery dates outside of Priority Mail Express.
Please note: I ship to the address provided with your order. If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please let me know right away!
If your package has been sent out before letting me know a change of address needs to be made, you will be responsible for shipping charges to send it to the correct address if you are not able to reroute it. I am not able to reroute or update a shipping address with any postal company as the sender.
Please note that sometimes it may take weeks for USPS to return the item back to me.
Returns and Exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. Picture proof will be needed to issue a refund or replacement for claims and disputes. Typically, 7 photos of broken items and packaging is needed to file a claim. USPS and UPS may require to inspect packaging.
