About Us
Hi, I'm Alicia!
Having a passion for the gem and mineral world, and a love for candle making, I founded Arabella Crystals at 17 years old after an idea of combining the two came to life. I had quit my first job at Bojangles, a southern fast food chain, for a position at a park in Salisbury, NC. There was this small gem sluicing retail shop there, where I worked identifying the stones found by the excited children and parents. From there, my love for minerals grew, and I went with my boss to my first Gem & Mineral Show. Arabella Crystals started with $500 I had saved up working full time, and eventually grew into what it is today.
Friends have always known me to be the crafty one, expecting a personal handmade gift around birthdays and holidays. Candle making started as just that, until I began selling and they became a huge hit!
Hidden crystal candles has been our speciality, providing positive vibes to homes across the globe. All Arabella Crystals' creations are infused with the energetics of sacred geometry, the zodiacs, crystals, and chakras.
Many blessings for supporting my small business!
Meet Darcy aka Arabella Mama!
She is my rock and is right there when I need her! She labels a lot of our candles, and packages a lot of your orders too. You'll often hear me chatting with her while we are selling Live on Instagram because she's right there making sure our claimed bins are in order.
Meet Joe!
Joe is my boyfriend, but also my much needed Gem Show muscle when he's not working his gutter cleaning business. I would quite literally die if I had to carry as much stones as he has in the hot sun to the car. Seriously, it's tough work! Joe also really loves photography and videography so I get help with that too!
Certified Trouble Makers
Julius (left) and Steven (right) are my 2 younger brothers that love to prep candles in exchange for tumbled stones and candy. They are often the ones putting warning labels on the bottom of our candles. If yours isn't centered that's exactly why but they put in an amazing effort. They both hope to one day own businesses of their own.
