About Live Crystal Sales
Come and join the Arabella Live Tribe!
Our live sales are a fun and exciting way to shop in an (almost) in person setting. We show off hundreds of crystal specimens on camera, that you, and many others tuned into our live video can claim on the spot.
Please read the rules below and if you have any questions about them during the live, all you have to do is ask! Our rules and policies have been put in place so that our sales run smooth and are fair to everyone. Lives sales are not just for shopping, but also a chance to learn, converse, and make friends! After years of live sales, we've had the pleasure of connecting with so many amazing people.

General Rules
1. Items are tagged with a price and a letter. To claim an item you must type "price AND letter". We also accept "Mine", "claim", "me", "dibs", etc. as long as it includes the price and letter. Include emoji's as Instagram sometimes blocks comments.
2. The first person to claim the item, as shown on OUR screen, gets the item. Due to different internet connections, your comments may always show up first on your own screen.
3. If you have claimed an item you are expected to follow through with purchase. Abuse of our Live Sale policies by excessive put-backs or swaps may limit your ability to participate and result in a block. Once a live has ended items cannot be put back, swapped, or canceled. Backing out of orders or not communicating with us when an invoice is due will likely lead to a ban from our Live Sales.
4. Invoices are posted on our website here after every sale. Payments are due within 24 hours.
5. Before you complete the checkout process you can add any items from the website to your cart at the same time. They will all ship together.
6. If you have any issues with your invoice please send us a DM via Instagram as this is the fastest way to reach a resolution.
Shipping Policies
To offer the best possible shipping rates for your order, Shipping is charges based on the weight of your order. I've found that flat rate options overcharge dramatically. When live sale listings are created, your order is weighed, and shipping will calculate at checkout based on weight and location.
We ship USPS First Class (for orders under 1 lb), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Standard.
Transit Times:
USPS First Class: 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days including Saturdays
UPS Standard: 3-5 business days
